CONTEST RULES

 

HOW TO ENTER: Join the BG LIVE mailing list and/or use the the hashtag #bglivefans while uploading your photos of the show to *Facebook or *Instagram. Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

 

RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held within 1 week of sweepstakes ending date from among all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of all sweepstakes will be contacted at the "entry" email address used to enter the contest. The person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner.  After receiving initial notification email, winner must reply by email within 3 days or the next winner will be selected in a new drawing. 

 

CLAIMING PRIZE: Prize must be claimed on a Saturday night at Brimstone Woodfire Grill during the BG LIVE presentation.  Prize must be claimed within 30 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. BG LIVE is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

 

SUBMISSION OF PHOTO, TEXT OR OTHER CONTENT FOR SWEEPSTAKES:

Entries selected for display and to win "best of" contests and any other contests requiring photo, text or other content from the entrants will be judged entirely at the discretion of BG LIVE.
